Disputes Policy

All disputes from financial institutions will be handled in this manner

If you are dissatisfied with services that where provided or may not have been provided we as you to please contact support in the mobile app. 


  • If we get a dispute from a financial institution about a charge and you have not attempted to contact us about the issue then we will notify the  financial institution that you have not contacted us and need to do so to resolve the issue.


  • If we get a dispute from a  financial institution about a charge and you have contacted us about the issue and we have applied credit to your rider wallet in the mobile app and you are not satisfied with the resolution, then we will notify the  financial institution that you have received credit and need to contact if you still have a issue with how it was resolved .


  • If you are in need of an actual refund back to your  financial institution then you must contact us within 24 hours of it being charged while it is still a pending authorization, other wise you will get a credit to your rider wallet in the mobile app. A refund to your  financial institution will be a case by case basis and is not a guarantee.
