Refund Policy

Riders that request a refund must request it through the mobile app under support. All refunds will be in the form of a credit in your wallet in your rider app that you can use when booking a ride just choose wallet as an option when booking.

Some of the reasons you may request a refund:

  • Driver was rude 
  • Service was not provided as expected
  • Vehicle was not clean or up to par


Please note that we will do everything we can to insure that you are provided the service you requested and we ask if you have an issue with something to please reach out to us about it.

Any disputes we get from financial institutions will be handled based on our Dispute Policy.
